License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Primosoft Technology LLC (“Licensor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Qatar, and the individual or entity purchasing a premium WordPress plugin license (“Licensee,” “you,” or “your”).

By purchasing, installing, or using a Pro version of any plugin sold on https://plugins.primosoft.biz, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Pro version.

1. Introduction

The plugins offered by Primosoft Technology LLC are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) version 2 or later. This means the underlying code is free software, and you are free to use, modify, and redistribute it in accordance with the GPL.

The purchase of a Pro license provides access to additional features, automatic updates, and support for the duration of your license. This Agreement governs the additional rights and restrictions associated with the Pro version, not the GPL itself.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Primosoft Technology LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the Pro features of the plugin on the number of websites specified in your selected license tier.
  • Receive automatic updates for the active license period.
  • Receive support as described in Section 6.

The license is revocable upon breach of this Agreement. The GPL continues to apply to the code itself, but the license key and access to Pro features, updates, and support are subject to this Agreement.

3. License Types

Annual Subscription

  • Grants use of the Pro features on the specified number of sites for one year from the date of purchase.
  • Includes updates and support during the active subscription.
  • The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Lifetime License

  • Grants use of the Pro features on the specified number of sites indefinitely.
  • Includes updates and support for the lifetime of the product, which is defined as the period during which the plugin is actively developed and supported by Primosoft Technology LLC. This period will not be less than three years from the date of purchase.

Agency License

  • Grants use of the Pro features on unlimited sites.
  • Includes updates and support for the subscription term (annual or lifetime, as selected at purchase).
  • You may use the plugin on client websites as part of your agency services.

4. Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Install and use the Pro features on the number of sites included in your license tier.
  • Receive updates and support for the active license period.
  • Use the plugin on client sites if you have an Agency license.
  • Modify the plugin code in accordance with the GPL.

5. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your license key.
  • Use the Pro features on more sites than allowed by your license.
  • Claim ownership of the plugin or remove copyright notices.
  • Use the Pro features to create a competing product without proper attribution and compliance with the GPL.
  • Distribute “cracked” or “nulled” versions of the plugin.
  • Use the Primosoft name or logo without prior written permission.

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your license and loss of access to updates and support.

6. Support

Support is provided via email at [email protected] or through our support ticketing system.

Support includes:

  • Assistance with plugin installation and configuration.
  • Bug fixes and troubleshooting.
  • Basic guidance on using the plugin’s features.

Support does not include:

  • Custom development or code modifications.
  • Third-party integrations not provided by Primosoft Technology LLC.
  • Issues caused by other plugins, themes, or server configurations.

We aim to respond to support requests within 24–48 hours on business days.

7. Updates

During the active license period, you will receive automatic updates for the plugin. For lifetime licenses, updates are provided until the product is discontinued, subject to the minimum three-year period described in Section 3.

We may occasionally release major updates that require a new license version; however, we will provide a reasonable upgrade path for existing customers.

8. Refunds

Our Refund Policy is available on the website and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. A summary is provided here:

  • Annual subscriptions: Eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the plugin does not function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
  • Lifetime licenses: Eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase under the same conditions.

Refunds are not available for changed minds, third-party conflicts, or after the specified period.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all third-party software

We do not guarantee that the plugin will be free from bugs or that it will work with every theme or plugin combination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primosoft Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the plugin.

Our total aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license if you breach any terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to sharing license keys or exceeding site limits.

Upon termination:

  • You must stop using the Pro features and delete all copies of the plugin.
  • Your license key will be deactivated.
  • Sections relating to disclaimers, liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
